Payment and Shipping

PAYMENT
We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard.

The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). The price presented on each article is including VAT but excluding freight charges. Shipping charge is 75 SEK per order. All prices are stated in SEK.
When paying with a card, you must enter your card security number (CVC). For Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard this is usually a 3 digit code found on the back of the card.

SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden within five business days. Shipping takes between 1 and 2 days depending on where in Sweden you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Shipping charge is 75 SEK per order.
When your order is places we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email or a text message with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

COUNTRIES WE DELIVER TO
Sweden
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please place one order for each address if you wish to send products to more than one address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.

COLLECTING ORDERS
Orders are delivered with Schenker.

You will get a note in your mailbox or a text message when the package is ready for pick up at your local delivery center.

MINIMUM ORDER
Due to handling costs, we can’t accept any orders (excluding shipping) under 200 SEK.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
