This web store is operated by United by Altitude, owned by SkiStar AB (556093-6949) referred to as United by Altitude/we/our/us.
These terms regulates the transactions in the United by Altitude web store.

SIGN IN OR REGISTER
In order to shop from United by Altitude you must be a registered member and logged in, you can easily register on our website.
Registration is free and easy to complete. When registering to our website, we will save the information necessary to fulfill your orders.

PRIVACY POLICY
We must ask you, according to Swedish law, to accept that we handle your personal details. United by Altitude will handle all details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage. United by Altitude will only use the information given in order to fulfill our undertakings and provide the best service possible to our customers.

United by Altitude will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files are corrected or deleted.

DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the United by Altitude web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by e-mail or by phone. The web store and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind. Though United By Altitude always strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop errors can occur. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Copyright in the documents (including, without limitation, the trademarks of United by Altitude’s logos, photos, graphics, images, designs, texts, icons and data) provided in this web site are owned by or licensed to SkiStar AB. You are allowed to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

RETURN POLICY
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items. The items must return to us accompanied by the original invoice and in perfect condition.
Contact shop@unitedbyaltitude.com and state your order number, what items you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you don't contact customer service before returning you might not be refunded! Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Original freight cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by United by Altitude. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Returns can only be made as described by United by Altitudes instruction. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden within five business days. Shipping takes between 1 and 2 days depending on where in Sweden you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Shipping charges is 75 SEK per order.
When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email or a text message with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

COUNTRIES WE DELIVER TO
Sweden
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please place one order for each address if you wish to send products to more than one address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.

COLLECTING ORDERS
Orders are delivered with Schenker.

You will get a note in your mailbox or a text message when the package is ready for pick up at your local delivery center.

MINIMUM ORDER
Due to handling costs, we can’t accept any orders (excluding shipping) under 200 SEK.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, United by Altitude obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and United by Altitude can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by United By Altitude. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
